Who we are

RVOA Sales is a family business in Miami, Florida, that designs and 3D prints gifts, toys and home items. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean RVOA Sales and "you" means the person using this website or placing an order. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to create an account, place an order, enter a giveaway or sign up for offers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping, gift box upgrades and any tax are shown before you pay.
• Most items are printed to order. Each product page shows how many days printing takes.
• Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email.
• If we can't make or ship an item (for example, a pricing mistake or a material we can't get), we will tell you and refund it in full.

Handmade by printer

Every piece is printed in layers, so small lines, tiny marks and slight color differences between batches are normal and are not defects. Colors on screen can look a little different from the real filament.

Personalized items

We print names and text exactly as you type them, so please check spelling before you order. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake. Don't ask us to print names, logos or characters you don't have the right to use; we may cancel and refund those orders.

Coupons, deals and points

• Coupons and deals have the rules shown with them (dates, minimum spend, one per customer and so on). One product deal, one coupon and one shipping discount can be combined per order.
• Codes have no cash value, can't be sold, and may be cancelled if they were obtained by mistake or misuse.
• Club points and member perks are a free reward program. Points have no cash value. We may change the program in the future; points you already earned stay yours for at least 30 days after any change is announced.
• Points and discounts from an order are reversed if that order is refunded.

Gift cards

Digital gift cards can be used on this website only. They do not expire and have no fees. They can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it. Keep your code safe: treat it like cash.

Giveaways

Each giveaway has its own official rules page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Reviews and photos you send

Only customers who bought an item can review it. By posting a review or photo you let us show it on our website and social pages. We don't edit what you say, but we may decline reviews that are offensive, off-topic or include personal information.

Our designs and content

The designs, photos, videos and text on this website belong to RVOA Sales or are used with permission. Please don't copy or resell them.

Limits of our responsibility

We stand behind our products as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If there is a disagreement, please write to us first and we will try to solve it quickly and fairly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
