Shipping & Returns

Printing time

Most items are printed after you order. Each product page shows how many days printing takes. Shipping time starts after your order is printed and packed.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout, and free shipping applies when your order reaches the amount shown in the cart.
• When your order ships you get an email with the tracking number.
• Local pickup in Miami is offered at checkout when available.
• Please double-check your address. If a package comes back because of a wrong address, we'll reship it once you pay the new shipping.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives broken, isn't what you ordered, or is missing, email hello@rvoasales.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund it, your choice, at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or shows delivered but you can't find it, write to us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Returns

• Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be in good condition, with all their parts and the original packaging. Write to us first and we'll send you the return address.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.
• Personalized and custom items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.
• Gift cards can't be returned.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return and check its condition (or approve a damage claim). Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Discounts, points and gift card amounts used on the order go back the way they were paid.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing your order. Write to us as soon as possible.
