What we collect, why, and the choices you have.
The short version
We collect only what we need to make, ship and support your order, and to send offers if you ask for them. We never sell your information. Contact: hello@rvoasales.com.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, optional phone number, what you bought, gift messages and any names you ask us to print.
- Account details if you create one: email, password (stored scrambled, never readable), saved addresses, wishlist, Club points.
- Photos and text you upload to customize a product, and reviews or photos you send us.
- Basic technical data: pages visited and device type through privacy-friendly analytics that do not use tracking cookies, plus security logs used to stop abuse.
- Email activity: whether our emails are opened or clicked, so we can send fewer and better emails.
We collect information from the adult buyer only. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
How we use it
- To print, pack, ship and support your order, and to send order and shipping emails.
- To run your account, Club points, wishlist, coupons and gift cards.
- To send offers and reminders only if you said yes. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Text messages only if you tick the separate box to receive them. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
- To keep the store safe (for example, limiting repeated tries) and to follow the law.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need: Stripe (payments; we never see or store your full card number), Vercel and Neon (website hosting and database), Resend (email), shipping carriers (your address on the label), and, if you buy through them, TikTok Shop or Etsy. Text messages, when turned on, are sent through Twilio. We never sell or rent your information.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the store needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and saved codes, and knowing which email you came from when you click one of our links. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Photos uploaded to customize a product: deleted 90 days after delivery (or 7 days if the design is never ordered).
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it for offers, at any time by writing to hello@rvoasales.com. You can also unsubscribe from any email with one click and switch emails off from your account page. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under state law; we honor those requests the same way.
Security
We use encrypted connections, scrambled passwords, email confirmation for new accounts and limits on repeated attempts. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page.
